Settlement of the circulation card

Settlement of the circulation card

Level I and II students:

(1) In order to obtain certification on the electronic circulation card, all obligations to the Library must be paid:

  • return the books
  • pay a possible fee for the untimely return of books
  • show the commitment card taken if you wish to enroll in other libraries.

(2) The circulation card is launched at the Dean’s Office of the respective Faculty.

(3) Students who no longer wish to borrow books outside and would like to settle their accounts with the Library may do so at any time by submitting a request to stamp the commitment card by phone at 71 36 80 470 and 71 36 80 467, by email at [email protected] or in person at the Library.

(4) The settlement of the circulation card changes the status of the library account:

  • First degree student accounts receive the status “Graduate1” (the account is valid for one calendar year)
  • accounts of Level II students receive the status “Graduate2” (the account is valid until the end of October of a given year)

(5) “Graduate1” and “Graduate2” statuses entitle you to use the library without borrowing books.

Postgraduate students:

  1. Only students who have returned all borrowed books and paid all outstanding dues may settle accounts with the Library.
  2. In order to stamp the commitment card and return the University Card issued by the Library, you must report to the Lending Library.
  3. For those who do not have the opportunity to settle accounts with the Library in person, the commitment card and the User’s Card should be returned by mail to the Library of the Wroclaw University of Economics – Lending Library 118/120 Komandorska Street 53-345 Wroclaw.
  4. Once it is determined that there are no arrears, information about the settlement with the Library is sent to the Center for Continuing Education of the Wroclaw University of Economics.
  5. Signing the circulation card results in the closure of the library account.

Students from other universities:

  1. In order to settle accounts with the Library, all obligations to the Library must be paid.
  2. You need to report in person to the Lending Library to stamp the commitment card.
  3. Signing the commitment card results in the closure of the library account.
