We would like to inform you that we have been given access to the Food Science Reference Collection encyclopedic resources as part of our subscription . The subscription collection of reference works (Major Reference Works), is an encyclopedic collection of more than 8500 scientific articles in the field of nutrition science. Encyclopedias contain the most widely read and highest cited scientific articles in a given field.

As part of the ScienceDirect platform , we also gained access to more than 800 books from Elsevier’s Focus: Finance collection.
Access to the database is possible on university premises and from home via a proxy server.
