Description: The Web of Science platform includes bibliographic-abstract databases, so-called citation indexes, and derived bibliometric databases. Citation indexes contain abstracts, basic bibliographic information and citation information from journals on the Master Journal List. The license also includes tools such as: Journal Citation Report (provides a bibliometric assessment of the citability of scientific journals, gives an Impact Factor) and InCites (allows comparing the scientific output of researchers and institutions).
