Enrollment
Enrollment in the library is conducted exclusively through an online form:
- Fill out the form: https://katalog.ue.wroc.pl/registration
- Within 14 business days, activate your Library account and encode your ID card at the Circulation Desk or on one of the Library’s floors – from now on, your student ID card is also your library card. You can find your library card as a barcode and QR code in your library account. By displaying this card on your phone, you can also pick up books from the book vending machine.
- Enjoy access to electronic and paper sources!
Information
If you have settled your account with the Library after the first degree, you do not need to create an account again. Activate your previous account by writing an email to [email protected] or in person at the Library.
Postgraduate studies
If you are a postgraduate student and do not have an electronic student ID card, we will provide you with a Library Card, which you will need to return upon graduation. To activate your account you must also bring your commitment card to the Library. You will obtain a commitment card from the CKU Office.
Students
If you are a student of one of the listed universities in Wroclaw, you can use our collections on the same terms as UEW students. When activating your account, you must present a commitment card taken from your home university and an electronic student ID card.
However, if your university is not on the list, check the Guest Enrollment Policy.
How many books can you borrow?
- UEW students – 10 books
- students of 2 majors at UEW – 20 books
- students of Wroclaw state universities – 10 books
- members of scientific circles – 17 books (including 2 from ref. A, B, C)
From July 1 to October 31, books are lent only to UEW employees and students.
Completion and submission of the enrollment form is tantamount to confirmation of knowledge of the Library Regulations and acceptance of all their provisions.
