RULES FOR USING COMPUTERS of the Main Library of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business
- All registered Library users may use the computers, terminals, and scanners.
- The computer equipment is intended exclusively for educational and research purposes. Use of the equipment is free of charge.
- Laptops available at the Information Desk are intended solely for accessing databases subscribed to by the Library. WUEB students, doctoral candidates, and staff members have priority in using them.
- Access to the Internet and online databases is free of charge. The rules set out in the Regulations of the WUEB Computer Network (Appendix to Rector’s Ordinance No. 117/2020) apply.
- To use the terminals, users must log in with their University email address.
- Guests who do not have a University email address may use designated computers.
- Library resources may be copied within the limits of permitted use (if allowed by the licence provider), by saving files to a USB drive or sending them by email.
- Users must not install or remove any software on their own.
- If a fault or malfunction occurs, please report it to the librarian on duty.
